Program Overview

We make it easy and convenient for you. Below is an overview of how our program works.

Reserve date

We'll work with you to find the perfect picture day date

information provided

Expect posters and all information needed for parents within 3 weeks of portrait date.

Photographers arrive

Photographers will arrive early to set up in your school or center. Each child is groomed before being photographed.

Portraits Perfected

The portraits are carefully perfected and processed.

Portraits Returned

Beautiful Portraits will be returned to school 3-4 weeks after portrait day.

Photo Distribution

Packages are sorted for easy distribution to parents

Portrait Options

Prepay Packages

Parents can build their package that fit their needs. We have extra novelty items, that includes mouse pad, ornament and many other. All our portraits are 100% guaranteed. They have the option to be rephotographed or full refund.

Proof

We come on portrait day.

Approximately 10 days later we will deliver proof flyer with package options.

Parents can view their proofs, make package decisions all at home, then drop off their proofs back to the school 5 - 10 days later.

We then return for proof orders pick up; no waste of portraits not purchased.

Class Photos

Classroom groups can be added to proof, prepay options. We will also setup just for groups at your school if you would like. It's nice to see the children all together as one group and not individual heads.
